Designing and testing a rotating fabric wind redirecter paired with a funnel and diffuser with the end goal of creating a small scale, mega cheap, reliable wind turbine in the context of domestic use or for developing countries aiming to cut down noise and size while reducing damage to wildlife such as flying animals.
